Especially the guy who was trying to get our order. We were served with 6 -7pcs of chips in a bag which we paid and when I showed the cashier he refused to accept the mistake and blamed on morning shift. Management should look into this. How can staff argue with each other while making food for guest in the front line.

The cashier ruined my experience with Chipotle rude and disrespectful the second I approached & throughout the entire interaction. Since it was the holidays I bit my tongue and killed him with kindness, after wrapping up my hard shell tacos he drops them on the floor and without even checking if they were damaged proceeds to put them in the bag. Had it been a bowl or soft tacos & it fell whatever- I looked after my poor experience & both my tacos cracked as I normally wouldn’t even bother to say anything his attitude pushed me to ask for replacement shells - rolling his eyes & only giving me one…. These were my “hard shell tacos” . Moral of the story is remind your employees to be respectful human beings , we all have enough to deal with in the world. I am never one to review but this has been on my mind since & has me turned off to Chipotle.

I guess 5 cent is more important then customer satisfaction and worth to get 1 star. Definitely better traning need for employees. There were 3 yough girls working around 6.7pm
