Chef Paul Vuli has brought Fino to Westchester after 25 years in Midtown Manhattan. After stopping in Italy for a year on his way to America, Vuli started his professional career in the service industry in 1972 and quickly worked his way up, eventually opening Fino on 36th St. in Manhattan, which made a name for itself in it’s 25 years of business. At Fino Ristorante we specialize in making our own pasta among other specialty dishes. Our menu is developed and all ingredients are sourced by Chef Paul. We have a full bar as well as a private party room that can accommodate up to 100 people. Fino is a cozy Restaurant adjacent to the Food Town, side road. It was "semi" busy, people at the bar, tables were taken, we got there just in time and as soon as we walked in in less than a Minute we were sat down at a relaxing corner table with good atmosphere. Quickly we were waited on by a police staff and ordered. Now, the food was absolutely delicious, mine was, and my wife loved her fish and I was experimental and tried the Costoletta di Vitello Valdostana. When it came out I was like O Yeah, if it tastes as good as it looks it'll be worth it, and it was. It was so good I closed my eyes in delight the taste. MORE THAN WORTH IT, GO. You will be satisfied.
- SDSalvador DevoApr 9, 20262.0I need management to know that you can not have a waiter, his name is JASON speak to customers the way he does, first of all the spitting while he talks is absolutely so disgusting especially while there are drinks on the table. And to hire someone who doesnt take care of their teeth to speak to customers and represent your business is mind boggling. His finger tips looked very dirty which made us very uncomfortable as well. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will make sure to share my experience with my sister who works for hudson valley magazine, and have her follow up on this employee you have working for you. Some of the things this man said were very disturbing to hear. I hope this man is let go because this place has so much potential, just not with a waiter like this there.
