  4/27/26 Guy behind the counter looked clueless or didn't wanna work. Wanted a small coffee. He said it was $6.28. I repeatedly asked are you sure you are punching in a regular sm hot coffee. He said yes. Everyone beware of this guy. Overcharging on everything. I live locally and have never paid $6 for a regular hot coffee. I definitely won't be back

  If i could give zero i would. Do employees even care? I placed my mobile order for 98 Roa Hook Rd and walked in to the 'pick-up' window. I found no item there and confirmed with the woman behind the counter, who spoke poor English, that I was at the Roa Hook store. She asked my name and told me i was in the wrong location, that THAT location is somewhere else. A second employee, who also could barely speak English, came over and confirmed i was in the wrong place. It didn't make sense to me, and expressed disappointed and asked what happens now since I paid for my mobile order. The employee told me, "It's not our fault." Frustrated with their indifference and submitted to not getting my paid for coffee, I left. Outside i double checked the map and bingo! I truly was at the Roa Hook store. i went back in announced, "I'm back". From the rear of the shop a third employee asked my name and told me my order has been on the mobile pick up rack. Do you think they profusely apologized for failing at this most basic job of matching the ordered coffee to the customer? Or for sending me away in search of my paid for coffee at some other DD in town? Nope. The work ethic and customer service at this Roa Hook location are pathetically poor. I hope they change to pursue excellence.

  Maybe its me. But I come here atleast 2x a month and everytime I go there the experience is often less than pleasant. From being embarrassed over an error, getting the wrong order ( from them), latte tasting like milk and sugar and just a lack of overall customer care. I always feel like theres a "gotcha" energy. And the shift managaer/ supervisor doesn't lead with a positive energy. It feels rushed, unsympathetic and bland. Again maybe its me. But ive had the experience several times that I feel the need to give this review. Im gonna start traveling further away to the other dunkin locations from now. Also: usually happens in the morning . . . The few times I've gone in the evening its slightly better.
