I do not do reviews but I’m truly so appalled at the staff they choose to hire at this location that I might just reach out to corporate and tell them this recollection of events. Let me set the scene, me and my husband with our two kids driving back from appointments trying to grab a quick dinner. Baby had been screaming for 20ish minutes and food was ordered for pickup through DoorDash about 15-20 minutes prior to when we arrived at the store. I go in tell them why I’m there, first girl has an order for another person but does not see one with my name so she asks her greasy friend in the corner. We’ll call her Greaseball. Greaseball goes “did you send it to the right store?” So I ask what location this would be (thinking she would tell me what it’s listed as on DoorDash) and she goes “Riverside” with the most condescending tone. Like obviously I know we’re in riverside so I’m assuming there’s another Clinton subway I didn’t think about and I sent it to the wrong one. I said maybe not and left and explained it to my husband in the car. Baby still screaming by the way. We go across the street to get his food and we’re trying to figure out where I sent my food when I keep saying the address and he insists it’s gotta be right. So we go back and I bring the baby in because he was losing his mind in and miraculously my order had appeared. As I grab it I say “oh, must have been the right place. That’s funny” and go to leave. Greaseball pipes up from the corner and goes “well maybe you should learn to read” so I stop and try to tell her that it was her that had told me I was in the wrong spot and that my order wasn’t there but she immediately starts yelling over me and waddling over to the half-door that was separating us. As we’re going back and forth she leaves her area to start yelling and swearing in my face (with my baby in my arms) and her coworker comes in from outside and comes between us and I’m asking her to get Greaseball to go away so that I can explain myself to an adult and Greaseball won’t leave or shut her smelly yap so we had to go talk outside. Both her coworkers were reasonable, she should not work with the public.

The food is subway and delicious. There was 1 woman who seemed to be friendly and efficient. 1 woman seemed over whelmed but trying. The last woman...idk what to say. There were 2 Hispanic people in there. They were trying to communicate in English very hard. She was dismissive and rude to them to the point where I started speaking up for them. It didn't leave a welcoming atmosphere vibe. That is for sure.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on mobile. One with pepper jack cheese and one with extra American cheese. When I got there, an employee was yelling at somebody on the phone about their messed up order, which seemed a little unprofessional to me. Then once I got home, I realized that the sandwich that was supposed to have pepper jack had no cheese and the one I paid for extra American cheese had a slice of pepper jack on it. I don’t know if these people can’t read or just plain out LAZY but they can’t seem to get anyone’s order correct. I tried to reach out and got no answer. HORRIBLE.
