I don’t receive one whole part of the order and the meal I did receive was not even complete and Was wrong. Ordered a ranch snack wrap annd got a spicy one instead. Also got a smoothie that was just frozen ice. Literally the only thing that was correct was the French fries… Unbelievably terrible service and completion of order.

- F4FLEDGE 444Feb 2, 20261.0The food is usually fresh because it seems they are always busy BUT I will say if you go to drive thru double check your entire order because there'sa really good chance your order is completely messed up because they gave you somebody else's food, they made the sandwiches wrong, or they forgot to give you half your order. I lost a lot of money not getting what I ordered several times because I didn't double check. I personally refuse to go here anymore unless its for something easy like nuggets. I order diet soda and I have to taste it because thats usually wrong too. I gave 3 stars on the food cause at least its fresh most of the times.

Had to go inside to fix order and it still wasn't right.
