I’ve ordered them through DoorDash twice and both times my order never showed up and had to re-order through the app, only to wait another hour for the food. Pizza was barely mediocre.

There are a few places to sit but they seem more like waiting areas than dining. Delivery is quick and friendly. Everybody is fun and professional. The food is consistent and stays up to standards of the brand. It's always been hot on delivery. If the food is later than expected they will automatically email a voucher to rectify the mishap. A driver once forgot a soda and they came right back with it. Still with a smile. It's like, they made a mistake, fixed it on their own, and everyone moved on. It was handled smoothly and they were just... happy. Whoever runs this one is serious about what they're doing and it shows.
