There are a few places to sit but they seem more like waiting areas than dining. Delivery is quick and friendly. Everybody is fun and professional. The food is consistent and stays up to standards of the brand. It's always been hot on delivery. If the food is later than expected they will automatically email a voucher to rectify the mishap. A driver once forgot a soda and they came right back with it. Still with a smile. It's like, they made a mistake, fixed it on their own, and everyone moved on. It was handled smoothly and they were just... happy. Whoever runs this one is serious about what they're doing and it shows.

But I get told the general manager is going to ban me because of it. And yes, when my food is burnt after calling and asking for it to be pulled early and I don't eat it, I do ask for my money back because it's a waste and no, I don't call all the time complaining. But I figured something as simple as pulling a pizza early wasn't that hard of work. This is poor customer service.
