    Ordered delivery at 3:09 was told it would be 20 mins and it is exactly 3:56 pm and still no pizza called twice and lady was rude told me it was in the way I said it was suppose to be 20 mins she was rude told me she wasn't arguing with me and hung up on me . Still no pizza

    Crazy how they canceled an order all because I don't want my gluten-free pizza burnt, and when it's put all the way through the oven, it comes out burnt. But I get told the general manager is going to ban me because of it. And yes, when my food is burnt after calling and asking for it to be pulled early and I don't eat it, I do ask for my money back because it's a waste and no, I don't call all the time complaining. But I figured something as simple as pulling a pizza early wasn't that hard of work. This is poor customer service.
