- OOogToastMar 9, 20261.0I’ve never needed to leave a review on a specific location for any food service ever! Today I pull up to the machine to pickup my mobile order not realizing the purchase hadn’t submitted, it quickly went through after I realized it was still processing. Immediately after, the female speaking to me snaps at me yelling “just pull up to the window!” I was shocked at the anger sparking from a minor inconvenience and an honest mistake. Once I pulled up to the window I was greeted by a nice young man who gave me my food but forgot one item, I kindly told him what we were missing one item. He then walked over to a female and said “they’re looking for a missing item” and the female snaps at the worker commenting to him “Oh yeah? Of course they are! Here!” And then I was angrily handed my missing item. It doesn’t stop there because once I got home to eat a sandwich I ordered, it was nothing less than disgusting. I don’t even think they cooked it, I took one bite and spat it out. I went to go to the app for Dunkin to leave an issue with the food quality and received a message saying their customer support isn’t available and I will need to return to the location… I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have the energy or time to argue with arrogant young females working at dunkin whom obviously feel entitled, making the food we pay for and intentionally making it wrong when they are inconvenienced. It was a loss of money for me with no helpful outcome, so if you’re reading reviews looking for money back don’t expect it.
