  McDonald's corperation needs to look into this location. This probably the ONLY McDonald's that they will NOT give you napkins nor utensils nor syrup or any condiments UNLESS you request it through the app. According to Maria, the manager, it's a loss to her budget so you have to request it in the app. There are no warning signs to request everything via app. The manager Maria is rude and she always looks like she hates her job. I just find it insane that her employees have to ask Maria permission to give out some ketchup and syrup.
