They did not refund they items despite claiming they would do so and assuring me I'd receive an email confirmation. The quality of food from this location is absolutely horrible as well. Everything was just thrown together with no care and despite this location being only a mile from me, it arrived cold and congealed. After submitting a complaint form online for the non-refunded items I received an email from likely the manager there stating they would make me another pizza for free. I declined and stated I just wanted my again, partial, refund. No response since.
