    I honestly want to go here but there are always homeless people camped right at the door and I feel uneasy. Bad enough it’s on junction blvd which is busy, dirty, and unpleasant to begin with.

    There’s some weird man who likes to exhibit his foot (he literally shoves it at your face so you give him money) at the entrance and it completely ruins the desire to buy at this store. I can’t believe the employees do nothing about it.

    Con respecto al personal de la noche, voy con frecuencia al sitio entre las 12:30 y 1 am, también trabajo en las noches la atención es pésima, no sé, si el personal está cansado y debido a eso te atienden muy mal, la señora que limpia el baño no lo presta y se enoja se pone a gritar, en fin como sugerencia pagueles un incentivo a esas personas para que trabajen a gusto, porque yo voy a comprar no a pedir y merezco respeto.

    Horrible atencion al cliente, compre 7 happy meals se repetieron los jugetes y no me los quisieron cambiar, le dije que si podia comprar mas pero no con los mismos y me dijeron que no porque solo habia el mismo, como es posible si es una colaboracion con BTS se supone que tiene que tener todo, no les recomiendo ir a ese lugar.
