Today in the afternoon me and my family had the worst experience and treatment with a manager who attended us while we ordered. To be more precise we have come to this establishment and ordered and never had this problem with the other employees until today. The issue began when I started to order what we wanted but when we were in line I noticed that the lady who is apparently a manager was rushing everyone who was ordering, to be specific there were four of us, I had only finished saying two of the drinks that we would have and the manager who was the one attending us at the register interrupted me and began to charge us and call for the “next” customer when I hadn’t even finished ordering. When I told her that we hadn’t finished she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed and said “continue” once I finished ordering the drinks and was going to proceed to order the croissants that we wanted she interrupted me mid sentence once again and started to attend the next customer without even letting me finish my order.I tried to tell her that I wasn’t finished and that I still had to order something else and with attitude she told me “well it’s busy” to which I responded “I would appreciate if you finish taking my order first” she scoffed again returned to us and finished taking our order while mumbling to herself.Once she was finished we payed and she gave us the receipt and I checked it and saw that she had charged us for three drinks when we only asked for one.Since we were close to the register we went back and I told her “I only asked for one of these and you charged me for two more” to which she responded with attitude and said “I asked you and you said three” I told her no then she began to rase her voice at us saying that she had told us and that we hadn’t listened so it wasn’t her fault. After we tried telling her that no we hadn’t for almost the third time in a row she got more angry and told us “fine I’ll give you back your money” and I told her “I just need you to listen so that we can avoid the confusion”. Once she gave it back she stared at us and shoo’d us with her hand as if we were some kind of fly and said “I won’t argue no more”. Now I understand just how difficult it must be to work in costumer service and deal with a lot of people especially here in New York and also because anyone can have a bad day and I know that but if I was being polite and just wanted to finish my order I don’t believe that it is correct or reasonable to have been treated the way that this manager treated us today. Especially taking in consideration that she is the manager and is supposed to set an example to the rest of the staff so if this is what she is teaching them I don’t think it’s correct. As I mentioned previously I can understand that everyone has bad days but the way we were treated was seriously, for lack of better words horrendous.

I ordered something without eggs bc my sister is allergic, and they messed up my order and put eggs in it anyway. When I told them they just gave me a random donut to make up for it and didn’t want to remake my order. But I kept asking so they eventually did remake it correctly.

Even for a mobile order it’s super slow and the workers take a long time to complete a order.
The food yes it’s fresh but the workers maybe they don’t get paid enough… this place used to be nice but now bad
