    Went thru the drive thru and ordered a Dave's single meal with medium fries and medium diet coke, husband ordered a Dave's double, strawberry swirl frosty and a large chili to sub for his fries. We had to wait for the frosty because they gave us a strawberry lemonade. $28.76 later, we had a single, a half order of fries ( which all got cold waiting for the frosty) chili and a medium diet. When the frosty AND MISSING DOUBLE was delivered, we had a frosty and a chicken sandwich. We knew something wasn't going to be right so we asked to make sure we had the receipt, and the girl at the window very rudely declared "It's in the bag". We had already driven away when we discovered the chicken, and you can't register a complaint with the company without a receipt.

    Make sure you check your food when in the drive through. My food is almost always forgotten when ordering for my family. And burgers are always undercooked

    I used the mobile app to order, bought double bacon on a daves triple, they gave me zero bacon. Called, they were nice enough to say they'd remake it on my next visit. Went in the store the next time, figuring it would be easier to explain. They wrote my order on a napkin and handed it to the kitchen. The note was ignored over 20 minutes while new orders were coming and going, as I waited. They were more worried about the out times on their screens than making something right with a customer. I can accept waiting my turn, but not being ignored. I even suggested they put my order in for real so I too could be a priority, but was told they were just busy. Too busy for me so I won't bother them by going back

    The drive through staff are super friendly and courteous and the service has always been fast when I'm there. The breakfast items are in my opinion, of a higher quality than a lot of other fast food chains offerings I've seen. The price is also very reasonable for what you get.
