The person that runs the Victory Highway Dunkin needs to come and shoe the entire staff how a Dunkin is run. And if you take offense to this then you are part of the problem.

I was disappointed to be immediately greeted with horrible customer service to then find most employees following along inside laughing at how their rude female employee is speaking through the drive thru system to customers. Such an easy place of employment yet brings such misery to its employees.
