  I ate there tonight. The food was good and the staff polite. But, there was only one person serving customers. There were 17 people in line, which moved so slowly that 4 people got tired of waiting and walked out. There was no chicken, no beans, no queso, no chips. There were no clean tables. Chipotle is really not running this well.

  Skimpy. All I gotta say. The past three times I’ve been here to this location, I get white rice and I get a scoop. Every other location is two maybe a little more. Every other location at least gives you enough rice to fill the bottom of the bowl. This time I even asked for extra white rice and it looked like the normal amount at any other location. Not sure why the serving sizes are any different here.

  I’m going to start on a positive note. The staff were very nice and the place was pretty clean. The food tasted delicious as always, but… the portion sizes were laughable. I’ve been to chipotle in different towns and different states and the appeal is that the burritos are bursting at the seams and the bowls are over full. I feel like I got scammed at this point. Over $20 for a burrito half the size it should be and a half full bowl for my daughter. I had like 8 pieces of meat total in my burrito and the tiniest scoop of rice. It was more corn than anything. And my daughter’s bowl had more tomatoes on top than it had of meat or rice. Not sure why this location is so skimpy on the food. It was Not worth the price.

  Waited 90 mins to get my food that was ordered online 5 hours earlier. Had to talk to 3 people to get some traction where my food was. 3rd person was finally able to find the lost receipt. Made the food entirely wrong, a splash of meat and rice per plate as if it was tariffed per scoop and we paid for extra meat and asked for extra rice. Didnt give us the tortilla with our bowls Didnt give us the side chimmichuri we paid for. Didnt include the tomato salsa because the mobile order and in-store order bars were not able to exchange food for refills. Logged a complaint to Chipotle to receive a ServiceNow comment back saying they passed the info on and wont be looking to make it right. Its one thing for them to be new and inexperienced, its another thing for them to not care to do anything about the terrible service. Id rather travel the 30-60 mins to the other Chipotle locations if this is how you get treated locally.

  I've been waiting in line for over an hour - still have not been served. They have one person working the serving station. Everyone else cooking or doing take out orders (which are super behind, as well). The manager is running around, trying to put fires out but I don't see him taking charge of the situation to make any progress. Hot mess. I understand this location is new.. but come. Everyone is excited - the hype for this restaurant in a small town. They should have had a better plan and more people working in order for everything to run smoothly. Update: 5:48pm is when I went in, 7:24pm is when I got my order. And there was nothing on the burrito bar - no peppers/onions, no guacamole, no queso (queso was cooking apparently for 30 mins). At one point I was hopeful thinking the manager would help serve - nope I was wrong. Also, I lowered my rating - the woman in front of me was told that she could possibly get queso from the "to go" burrito bar in back where they were making mobile orders. When I asked for some on one of my orders - she stated "we aren't suppose to take from that bar, but I can try - I can't make any promises". This made me so irritated - the whole time the people working the mobile orders were taking items they needed from the main bar which is why there was no guacamole and peppers/onions in the first place. Ridiculous.
