  Ordered a burrito bowl today and it was absolutely horrible.. incorrectly made… missed ingredients and the chicken was borderline safe to eat. Will not go back

  Arrived at the lunch rush, first time eating at Chipotle. People in front of us were served immediately, then when it was our turn everyone disappeared. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes until someone showed up. Ordered a chicken burrito. She asked if I wanted queso and guacamole, I said sure but go lightly. Got a single burrito and a small fountain drink… the total was over $20. Looked at the receipt, they charged me THREE DOLLARS for a single light spoonful of guac. Almost $2 for a tiny ladle of queso. $3 for a small fountain drink… absolutely insane. The tables and floor were dirty, countertops were covered in food. Coke was out of order. My Uncle didn’t get any guac, yet they charged him an extra $3 for it. Will NEVER go back to Chipotle again. You can go around the corner to Casa Mezcal, a real Mexican restaurant, with free chips and salsa, for half the price.

  Filth! I've never eating at a chain restaurant that was so filthy. If my wife and I weren't so hungry we would of left. Staff was ok, food was ok (under cooked rice) but the entire place was dirty. The outside was littered with trash, the floors were gross, the bathroom smelled aweful and didn't look like it was cleaned since this location opened. The food trays had old, dry bean and rice everywhere! Unbelievable really. Side note: was out of chips and coca cola too.

  Consistently only have 1 person making food and running the register. Lines run out the door with ridiculous wait times.

  Went on at 430p on 3/14. Tables and floor were messy we get up to the counter line wasn't stocked and they said everything on the grill was for a catering order that we would need to wait.. the girl cutting the meat was using a dull knife and needs to be taught knife skills or she's going to cut herself even with the cutting glove on... in my opinion poor organization and leadership.. I will say this was the second visit, the first food was good but it was not clean and drinks were not as I've seen in other chipotle restaurants only had soda and lemonade available
