  They don’t know how to make cappuccino here. Coffee with hot milk is what they call a cappuccino. I ask management to pay attention to this location and retrain the staff.

  I always stop at this location when I drive by and order the same - a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Logically, every time, it falls under their 'pick-two' offer which makes both the soup and sandwich $2 less each. When I ordered it today, I noticed higher than usual total. I inquired and was told 'how were we supposed to know you were ordering two items, and intended to have it as pick-two combo?' No offer to reimburse the difference, no apology. You might have made extra $4 today, but you have lost a customer.

  Nice people but no cream cheese for the bagels, the butter was frozen and the toasted bagel was lukewarm so no hope of melting the frozen butter. Overall, not great.
