- TLTaylor LownDec 22, 20251.0Ordered a sandwich paid for extra bacon, sandwich had no bacon, when I asked them to fix it they took 2 pieces of cold bacon, crushed them in their hand onto the sandwich and said there you go. This was their finished masterpiece.
- AAallyDec 17, 20251.0Bad tasting drink and even worse customer service! The middle aged white woman at the register was unfriendly and answered my question with an attitude. Then she asked me what size. I hesitated for a second because the menu only showed one size. She immediately repeated herself “SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE?” Geez lady, I heard you loud and clear the first time. She was okay and making jokes with the two other white male customers before me. So perhaps it’s not much of a customer service problem, but a racism issue? The “refresher” drink costs $5 and tastes super artificial and leaves an unpleasant sour aftertaste in my mouth. Worst $5 ever spent on a drink and worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin.
