- NMNathan MartinMar 21, 20261.0I drink two of my drinks DAILY I know how they should look, taste and smell. I order a large ice dunka latte/ 2 EXTRA shots. I immediately knew it was wrong from just looking at it. But i give them the benefit of doubt and still added my straw and took a sip. NOPE! it was way off. That’s okay they mess up my drink about one a week so i asked the dude if he was sure that this has the extra shots He tells me yes it does. I responded with i order this same drink every day i know what it looks and tastes like and this is wrong. He said I’m not sure what to tell you. So i just walked out. You can’t win with stupidity. You just can’t, Especially when they are 19 and working for minimum wage. So that’s my two cents lol
- JDJ DFeb 24, 20261.0Service is terrible. Waited in line at the drive thru close to 30 minutes. The lady taking orders was rude and impatient when we were at the menu. As we pulled to the window we continued to wait an additional 10 minutes even after she acknowledged she made the incorrect drinks. I'd expect being on the thruway it would go alot faster. Quility isn't rushed however this was not quility nor worth the money and time wasted sitting in line.

- TLTaylor LownDec 22, 20251.0Ordered a sandwich paid for extra bacon, sandwich had no bacon, when I asked them to fix it they took 2 pieces of cold bacon, crushed them in their hand onto the sandwich and said there you go. This was their finished masterpiece.
