When i asked why so much money when taco bell has them adverised 2 for $5.50 i was told its a privately owned taco bell and they make up their own prices and are more than any other taco bell. I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way then to go to this taco bell ever again.

My friend is on the spectrum and had trouble speaking and the lady and man who came through the speaker were both very rude toned and rushed us . At one point we were asked " is that it". Not very good customer service at all. The people on shift need to retrain in how to speak to there customers. I used to work at the taco bell at the Shirley location and would never ever speak to someone this way. After reading some of the other reviews it seems this is a reoccurring issue and no one is being help responsible. They chose to work here . If they are miserable that's not our fault. Please corporate start reading these reviews and act accordingly.
