  The worst place to order everything is cold and wrong this was at 701 unfriendly staff they all have bad attitudes manager comes out says there's nothing he can do food not ready when it says it was ready at 646 its now 715 and still waiting my kids are hungry then I ask for a refund he says he cant give me back my money never have I ever seen anything like this its now 734 just got home and the order is still wrong after them remaking it you can't make this up the order did say no lettuce no beans The French fries were ice cold. The Nacho cheese was ice cold.

  Its good for what it is, fast food. Service can be inconsistent, based on the time you wait, but it has improved significantly. There were times I would wait for nearly an hour, and other times they would forget an order. This has improved significantly and the wait is generally 15 minutes or less now. I typically make multiple orders for friends. My main issue is the price for the items. These are lower quality ingredients at seemingly higher quality prices. But it is one of the few fast food places I like. I was wrong about the wait time. The last two times I came in I waited for 45 minutes plus (today has been an hour). I make 3 orders for 3 people, so I dont expect it to be 5 minutes but 45+ is ridiculous. 5 people received their orders before I did (they came in and ordered after me (I was completely done with my orders), but still left before me).

  Every time I come to this place, I have problems. I have two orders. They give me one order first, which is ready. Then, when I ask about the other order, they take the ready order and put it aside. When I ask for it again, they act rudely and say they won't give me the orders.

  Opted to not make a mobile order. Was helped by Victor who made the experience all that much more enjoyable. Yes this is considered fast food but waiting for fresh hot food is worth the wait. I've read the reviews and cannot agree. Would definitely come back.

  Place is laughable, possibly the worst TB in NY. It's Thursday (not Fri/Sat night) and they're TURNING AWAY customers bc they're "too busy"... Maybe if the staff had a working brain between them, they'd be able to handle orders on a regular night, like every other TB. 30 yrs as a customer, not once have I ever sden them turning away business. Staff must have been too busy staring at their phones, got backed up, and now can't dig themselves out. Probably a good thing, tho. They can't even get an order right on a slow night.
