Nope I ordered it correctly. Wendy’s just made it the wrong way twice. By the third time on the line, I’m like just give me the sauce packets I’ll do it myself. Who’s eating a dry sandwich? Also that lettuce you gave me the second time you attempted to fix my order was cold as ICE! :( its so funny because I never stop at this wendys, I just happened to be in the area. I really hate to complain but I at least deserve my order to be correct by the second attempt. That was the worst experience I’ve had at any wendys.If I were going directly home I’d put my own sauce from the fridge on and call it a night, but I wasn’t. Trying to save time by mobile ordering actually took me way longer than if I were to just order in the drive thru. Needless to say I don’t see myself being back at this location for the foreseeable future. (Edit: after looking at all of the 1 star reviews on this location after the fact, I’m feeling like I shouldn’t have ordered from here in the first place! Yall need to get it together!)
