My order was completely cold, and when I opened my chicken sandwich I found **green, visibly rotting lettuce** sitting on the chicken. I immediately lost my appetite and could not eat any of it. This is not a minor issue—it’s a basic food safety failure. There is no excuse for spoiled produce being served to customers. That means either the food is not being checked, or employees do not care enough to stop bad product from going out. Either way, **management is responsible** for the standards in this store and for who is hired and supervised. After this experience, I looked at other reviews and was disturbed to see many complaints describing the same problems: cold food, poor quality, and lack of care. This shows a pattern, not a one‑time mistake. Customers should be able to trust that the food they are served is fresh and safe. Until the management of this location takes responsibility and fixes these ongoing issues, I cannot recommend eating here. I actually wouldn’t feed this food to my dog.. Do Better Wendys.
