- RRRRAug 10, 20251.0This location is absolutely the worst. I tried to order a Banana split at the drive-through. The employee told me that I had to come inside for that. I’m not understanding how it is a Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins drive-through if I have to go inside for orders it’s a reason why I’m on the drive-through so I wouldn’t have to go inside. I don’t know who is running this location, but they really need to retrain their staff all over again because this is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins that I have been to.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
