    Tonight I went to this location to order two items . When I pulled up to the drive thru I politely asked for a donut and not one second later the person taking my order cut me off mid sentence and said “Is that it?” I said yes one more thing and iced matcha latte . After placing my order I said thank you - I’m always very polite because I believe that’s how we should all treat each other . When I pulled up to the window I noticed an iced coffee. There was a blonde girl with her hair in a bun wearing glasses , (either Caucasian or light skin Hispanic) - when she opened the window I pointed out that I didn’t order an iced coffee that I ordered a matcha latte (I was the only person at drive thru so it couldn’t have been someone else’s) - she wasn’t happy to hear this and went to make the matcha latte. When I pulled away and drank the matcha latte it tasted like milk. Barely any matcha taste at all- I turned around and this time went into the store. The same girl came to me and I explained that the drink tasted so watered down could she add another scoop of matcha. Note that there’s no sticker on the cup- describing how many scoops, milk,- she remade the drink- no I’m sorry nothing. Clearly annoyed by my presence but I was very polite the entire time I just wanted the same tasting matcha latte iced had at least 10 times prior . She didn’t say a word and handed me the drink. I tasted it on my way out and it tasted exactly the same. I said to myself- let it go and I pulled into another Dunkin’s about a mile away and there I had the matcha taste I was looking for . Oh and this other girl was total night and day- she had manners . Greeted me and even said have a good night .

    Im not the biggest fan of dunkin but i the crew here is like no other. So sweet and caring. The location is cleanest store out there. Keep it up

    I dont know her name but the lady who works at the drive through and calls everyone sweetie she works the morning shifts. shes absolutely the best and why i enjoy this dunkin, she is always in a good mood and makes the exchange less transactional and more friendly. i wish i knew her name but i hope she gets praised for her hard work!!

    I ordered in the drive thru- for a bagel with egg and cheese and no bacon please. I don’t understand why the staff is incapable of making this order. This is actually the second time they messed up. First time I thought oh they messed up, maybe the person taking the order didn’t hear me. This is the second time and they did the same thing! They put bacon in my order! I don’t eat that and I placed my order with NO BACON -to the person taking my order. Please train your staff on how to properly place that order so other patrons don’t have to go through this. I would appreciate an apology and a refund! This is so frustrating! Your staff needs training so they don’t mess up other people’s morning breakfast- Either the person taking the order or the person putting it together!
