They need to find people that care about their job and know how to do it. Cooperstown dunkin owner should be notified

The person working the window seemed very annoyed when I asked about the refresher flavors. When we pulled around they had us wait 5 mins for our items. The store was not busy and I could see our drinks waiting inside. Dunkin locations have definitely gone down.

My coffee tastes like it came from 3 different pots that were never rinsed out from being cleaned. I do not stop at this store often because I am disappointed every time I do.
