- PLPaola LolaMar 25, 20261.0I ordered online and when I got there my drinks were ready but weren’t on the mobile pick up display (I’m not gonna reach over to get my drinks when it should’ve been displayed once they finish ), there was a Hispanic male just standing there staring at me while I was waiting and didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help. They forgot my cold foam and forgot my bacon on my avocado toast. ( I’m not a Karen, I work in the fast food industry and know what good costumer service looks like and I didn’t not see any while I was there)….

I show the employees my order confirmation and receipt and they still refused to make me my latte. They insisted I pay for a whole new order. I left without receiving the drink which I paid for!! I purchase from multiple Dunkin locations and never have I had an issue until now, very disappointed.
