This time I ordered them well when I got to the window I talked to the person and explained my situation. That in the past they didn't do could you please make sure. He said no problem. I got home they are NOT well done n are pink inside. I called to complain. The manager answered the phone I wasn't even sure if I called wendy's, cause they just said, hello, in a very low voice after asking if this was in fact, wendy's, they said, yeah. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. I told him the situation and he said, no problem. I'll make sure next time that they make them well. Done I said, how are you going to make sure next time?They're going to make them well done if I ask three separate times for this order to be well done was told that it was well done, got home and it was not well done. It's not okay cause this is the fourth time. I didn't get to eat my dinner. I didn't feel like having to recook it. So the raccoons outside will have their dinner tonight
