So those are you who think you are drinking something healthy you've just gone above the daily allowance of sugar recommended. They really should post the added sugar content. If you're looking for something yummy On a hot summer day, then go for it as long as you're not concerned about the health benefit. If so, request no added sugar to your smoothie Or buy your own fruit and make one at home.
