- BBBVDec 28, 20251.0This has to be the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. It doesn't matter if you order inside, online, drive thru, or doordash. The past 4-5 times the orders took an hour for them to prepare. And I'm not even exaggerating. Tonight I placed a doordash order and the first driver canceled because of the wait. I don't blame them. Then the next driver sat there and waited for probably 30 minutes. I'm never going to this location again. And the last couple of times I went inside to pick up my orders, the employees don't want to speak to you, and they don't understand English so there is no point in trying to talk to them. Showing your name for the pickup order was too difficult for them.

I went inside and explained what happened and they said they’d fix it for me. I said okay thanks and waited patiently. When they brought the food i asked if i could get a refund for the original order and they told me “no it’s basically the same price” and refused me a refund… as all the staff stood at the counter as to make me feel threatened or something. Was already having a bad day so i said okay… and just left. Young girl there was so rude and nasty. They’ve messed up my order too many times at this location
