I spoke to Craig and he said the candy would be $5 extra, so I opted for the $54 balloon sheet cake. When I went to pick it up, an extremely rude woman told me it was $60 and when I tried to tell her my conversation with Craig, she didn’t even want to listen and threatened to take away the cake if I didn’t want it or complained any further. I have never seen such an ill mannered, uncaring, unprofessional individual before. If she is an employee, she should be fired. If she is the owner, she should lose business for her atrocious attitude towards her customers!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
