  I’ve always had positive experiences at this Dunkin’ location in the North Shore Farms shopping center, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I work in a neighboring business in the same strip mall. I regularly purchase from this store for both personal use and for my workplace, often bringing in orders for meetings and staff. I love the creativity of the items and rave about it to others. I even complimented who I thought the owner was one time. Because of that, I was surprised by the level of service I received during my most recent visit. While placing an order, I asked a simple question about earning points through the app. I was directed to place the order on my phone, even though I was already at the register. Due to app limitations, I wasn’t able to fully customize the order, but I intended to clarify my selections in person. Unfortunately, when I tried to get the attention of the employee preparing my order, I was ignored. By the time I was able to speak with her, I was told—quite abruptly—that no changes could be made and that I should have ordered at the register. What was most frustrating was the inconsistency in communication. When I returned to place a second order at the counter, the same employee was suddenly very accommodating and explained options that would have been helpful earlier. It left me feeling that my initial concerns were overheard but ignored. As someone who has worked in a customer-facing role for 30 years, I understand that busy environments can be challenging. However, professionalism, basic courtesy, and clear communication go a long way—especially with loyal, repeat customers who also work next door and patronize you daily. Given how frequently I and others in my workplace visit this location, I was disappointed by the experience and urged the rest of my co-workers to boycott your store. I hope this serves as an opportunity to improve customer service as you never know who your customer might be.

  This Dunkin is always fast and has one of the largest selections of doughnuts of any Dunkin I have been to.

  absolutely love this dunkin! employees are so nice store is always clean the service is so quick and easy! they never mess up my drinks they always taste amazing!
