When I was told there are no bags for the ice cream cakes, I pleasantly asked for one of the DD/BR bags they were using for the donuts. The response I received, in a very nasty way, was "I dont think you understand me....we don't have bags for the cakes". Poor customer service!

Since the recent staff change this has become a very badly managed place. Most of the staff is rude and more interested in gossip than customer service. Even though I always tip since I believe in tips but they cannot even muster up a thank you. Sad you lost us as a customer. There are plenty other Baskin Robbins that will appreciate me as a loyal customer. Maybe corporate should take more time training your staff in customer service.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
