When my husband called them and said he was bringing the wrong item back, the girl who answered the phone was mad that we opened the package, it sounded like the other person who got our order was also bringing their order back and she wanted it be a trade where they didn’t need to make any additional orders. But I wouldn’t have know it was the wrong order unless I opened the soup container. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
