After much deliberation, my cousins and I decided to grab lunch at the Wolf Road Panera today (they told me it was the best-they were right!) The staff was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, coming around to make sure we had everything we needed, and even clearing our plates. Special shout out to Lamar, the general manager who really made our experience personalized and comfortable. We definitely recommend coming here-good vibes and memories made. Kids grilled cheese was a hit! No crumbs left 🍜🍔🥪

The young lady who helped me with her eye lashes done and darker hair in two buns was unbelievably kind, sweet, and friendly. From the moment she took my order, she was warm, upbeat, and seemed happy to help. She took her time, made real conversation, and treated me with such care and patience, which is so rare these days. She even went out of her way to let me know about a coupon and added it for me so I could get a cup of soup for just $1 with my entrée. That alone meant a lot, but it was the way she did it so thoughtful and considerate — that really stood out. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and welcoming, and her service honestly made my day. Panera Bread is lucky to have someone like her. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
