  The lunch menu is a joke !! 14 dollars for 1/4 of a sandwich, will not be going there again

  I wait tables., I come here Sundays for a nice steak. What ever waitress worked tonight on bar was terrible. I heard at table complain at first and was thinking. Oh these guys are being a bunch of babies. Then I understood. Definately her fault. Even other servers were waiting on this chick. I was about leaving till my food came out. Which was improperly cooked. I left a cool $4. and change on my $50$ bill.( which was also wrong because I never ordered soda.). I know how the industry is. When you cant get 20% out of me. Its a you problem.

  This Five Star ⭐ review is for Dakota!!! She's the Best! All last year I was picking up orders from her and she was always on point. Friendly came out right away food was hot and delicious. THIS year they realized how awesome she was and had her doing other things. Well that was a disaster. Shout out to Sammie the store manager who gave me a credit when the poor performers couldn't hold a candle up to Dakota. I recognize it's hard to find good employees. You have a great on her name is Dakota and you better give her a raise or a better jacket or something cause she does her job well!

  A friend and I went to this location the day after Valentine’s day on a Sunday. They had no wait which was great. We sat down around 5:30pm a server came almost immediately to take drinks. My friend got lemonade, i got a water which he asked if i wanted a lemon with it and i agreed to. About 8 min later someone else came by and dropped off her lemonade and my water without the lemon LOL as well as one piece of bread to split. A few minutes go by and my friend and I order our food and drinks which included; their margarita flight, appetizer trio, 2 steak and shrimp meals. One cooked medium and one cooked medium well. After a while we asked for another piece of bread. It took about 45 min just for the appetizer to come as well as the margarita flight. At that point the margaritas were a bit watered down and one was even filled only 3/4th of the cup compared to the rest which were filled all the way. When the server dropped off the appetizers she said “i promise your food won’t take another 30 minutes” which was wrong. It did take another 30 minutes. When the food finally came my friend’s steak was cooked well done. The server asks if everything was okay and noticed that the steak was cooked too long and said he can bring a different steak. At that point she decided to just keep the steak since we had been waiting for over an hour just for the main course. When all the food came we only took a few bites because we were waiting for so long we were tired and full off of appetizers and bread we just asked for to go boxes. With that being said, the food was very good and nicely seasoned just wish the wait for food wasn’t so delayed, especially since we saw people who came after us get their food first.

  Place has gone to crap, walked in to have a early diner with my girlfriend and as soon as we walked in the door we were asked how many from the hostes and said two, he looked around and over his right shoulder by the bar side he "reached" over the wall and threw down two menu's and said sit there..so we were both like huh? But sat ourselves were he told us to.. we sat there for 15minutes watching waiters and tresses walk by and not even as much as a look at us..yup there were about three servers standing around on phones and the staff as it looked were dragging feet on floor with pusses on there faces..will not recommend this place to anyone..we left and i really dont even think anyone knows we were there .. I wouldnt even give 1* but i had to for this to post.. I hope a manager sees this and does something about the service bc i use to enjoy this place
