  This location is horrible, I will never go here again. They confirmed my order and when I went up they told me "no shakes" and stared at me blankly. Then they told me to cancel the order and I told them I couldn't since they already confirmed the order and marked it as ready. They again just stared and I asked for something else and they just stared. Finally they said soda or lemonade. They had horrible communication skills and customer service. Will be going to the wolf road location in the future

  Steak Nugget Bowl: A Zesty New Contender from Arby's Is Arby's new Steak Nugget Bowl worth the hype? The bowl features Arby's signature new steak bites nestled atop a generous serving of white cheddar mac n cheese, all crowned with crispy fried onions. At $12.99, it may not be the best value, but it certainly isn't a bad indulgence. As a loyal Arby's enthusiast, I must confess that I'm not the biggest fan of their mac n cheese, which honestly detracted a bit from the overall experience for me. In my personal opinion, this dish would be elevated significantly if the steak bites were served on a base of creamy mashed potatoes instead; that would feel more traditional and undoubtedly delicious. I initially rate the bowl a 7/10. However, a drizzle of buffalo sauce completely transformed the flavor profile, making the entire dish delicious! With the sauce, it's a definite 9/10! This particular Arby's is located in a food court, so there's nothing special to report about the atmosphere (⭐️⭐️⭐️). The service, however, was excellent as usual—great patience and a consistently accurate order (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).   Mannn just like everything else, arby is going downhill too. It's like you need someone watching all the workers making sure they do their job nowadays like a hawk. I like the owner here and he works very hard, not sure if he is still the owner but I know he has more workers and newer now then the last time I came here. When he was here my order was accurate, hot and correct. Recently NOV 27 2022 to be exact, around 6ish I walked in here to pick up an order, everyone was huddled looking at a phone, my order was already made, I never got my chicken tenders I ordered. I call the store, busy signal for about half an hour. Now they must have realized they kept my tenders and took the phone off. So I call corporate, another disappointment, guy wanted me to call the store back or go there, which I would've done if I didn't live 30 mins way from the arbys. Anywho the customer service center took my information and here I am two weeks later waiting for the owner, corporate or someone to call me back and give me a refund. FYI With this $7 I spent on chicken tenders, I could get 2 weeks towards my accident plan with Aflac. **update** I received a free meal coupon from corporate yesterday. 12/10, Thank you for still caring
