  When we got up to the lane to pick up our order the worker said chipotle systems were down, so I asked if I should come in and they said yes. When I got in I asked about my order and if they could just make my order since I already paid online they said no. I asked if I could get a refund they said they had to speak to their manager who I’m guessing was on the phone because as another worker was walking past me they said if you paid through the app we can’t give you a refund. I then asked the cashier well what can they do for me since I paid online for my food, I wasn’t going to walk away without my money or food! They said they didn’t know what to do because they were a new hire, so luckily my husband asks for corporates number and that’s how I was able to get my refund. They didn’t even recommend us calling corporate or any alternative, as if they wanted us to walk away without our money back and without our food. Bottom line they were NOT HELPFUL at all and didn’t know what they were doing as there was NO manager on site. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! ZERO STAR ACROSS THE BOARD FOR THIS LOCATION!!!!

  I knew it was just a matter of time before this place goes downhill. I went today an hour after it opened and was told they had no chicken cooked that was ready. No apologies. No good customer service. No bagged chips on the counter. I notice they give larger portions to male customers. Not as impressed as I was when they first opened. Also, why is there a tip jar on the counter? There main job is to serve you up your order. Just a HUGE disappointment.....

  I am very disappointed with the quantity of the food. I have attached a picture of the same exact order and as you can see, they do not have the same quantity. Consistency is terrible. Even after I asked for a large chips and queso, the cheese cup is half full. It is very unfair to the customer who is paying for consistency and getting less of what is expected. I would like management to review this and reach out. Thank you.

  Let me start off my by saying I had high hopes for this location since it was new and all. With that being said I made an order online (again with high hope's) but as I entered, I walk into a chaotic situation. I understand hectic hours but for there to be a wait for two types of meat for over 30 - 20 min. I waited inline because my order wasn’t ready then as I waited I notice gloves & discarded food all over the floor & old food all over the countertops (multiple countertops) staff even upset with the conditions of their work place. I was over charged online the manager at the time said there was nothing he could do while being on the phone with someone else (personal call) ! All trash over filled, all tables dirty, & over all a horrible experience. Paid 30 dollars for food that was made in nasty conditions I truly don’t even feel comfortable eating this but since I was forced to take it because there’s nothing in store managers can do. If I would have not walked in I would have not known the conditions of this shop this is disgusting and extremely dangerous when it come to food safety guidelines! I will like to be contact as soon as possible to resolve this issue asap!
