  Its in a mall, we get it. Never going to have the service of an actual location. But I was at the mall exchanging something for my son. Arby's is my guilty pleasure. I ordered a roast beef sandwich no cheese. ( the 2nd to smallest offered on the menu). It arrived. I had said to the man taking my order that the Horsie sauce was Clutch for me. Got my sandwich & curly fries to the table. 1 packet of horsie sauce, 1 packet of ketchup. Went back to counter...as my food was now cooling to request what I'd asked for at purchase. Was handed 1 more Horsie and 2 ketchup pks. He was polite but adamant that was all they were allowed to give out. I returned my order, got my money back. Good luck Mall Arbys. Could have been avoided.

  I WAS HERE ON 3/28/26 TO RETURN A FEW ITEMS TO BOSCOVS AND GRABBED A FEW THINGS OUT OF BATH AND BODY WORKS! THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MALLS BECAUSE IT'S USUALLY LESS CROWDED.. I CAN GET IN AND GET RIGHT BACK OUT.. I MUST OF BEEN IN EACH STORE ABOUT 15 MINUTES! WHICH IS GOOD FOR ME BECAUSE I TEND TO TAKE LONG SHOPPING! I'VE EATEN HERE QUITE A BIT.. THE FOOD IS GOOD!

  This location is horrible, I will never go here again. They confirmed my order and when I went up they told me "no shakes" and stared at me blankly. Then they told me to cancel the order and I told them I couldn't since they already confirmed the order and marked it as ready. They again just stared and I asked for something else and they just stared. Finally they said soda or lemonade. They had horrible communication skills and customer service. Will be going to the wolf road location in the future
