Order placed at 6:24pm, and at 6:42pm at the time of the review, still waiting. Not to mention, i never get my drink, Everyone is always just chit chatting behind the counter during the busiest time of the evening, dinner time! No one notices when there's people standing at the counter needing help. And when someone finally does acknowledge a customer, its like they dont understand what is being asked.

When we asked about our order, the staff told us that if we didn’t want to wait, we could get a refund. However, our time had already been wasted, and the experience ruined our mood. Additionally, when I asked to speak with a manager, the staff member kept pretending to be busy and ignored us. This was very unprofessional and disappointing.
