  Employees are unbelievably rude, i ordered an item then the employee told me to wait and i did, i sat down and then he asked me what i wanted and i let him know i wanted a hot chocolate, he then rudely asked me if i wanted him to charge me or what, so i told him if he actually let me know the price then maybe id pay. This isnt the first time this same night time employee has been rude for no damn reason

  Not that my review will make a difference but I just had to write (my first review) yesterday November 4th at about 1 p.m. was my son’s birthday and to feed his sweet tooth I went to Dunkin Donuts. The woman that took my order was beyond unkind and just plainly rude. I was stunned. In the end she put my change on the counter- did not hand me my order (just left it on the some jar there.)As I went to pick up the box it was not sealed and it twisted and the donuts almost spilled out. She just walked away and went to the back. Another employee helped me - he was annoyed with her - he exchanged words with her then apologized to me. On top of that the man she attended to before me she kept coughing without covering her mouth- not good. Like I said it’s just donuts in the end. How she made me feel was just awful. How sad.
