The place was almost empty, and no one greeted or assisted us upon arrival, so we looked for seats on our own. We waited for nearly 20 minutes without anyone approaching us. During that time, one employee was vacuuming while another appeared to be on phone. We even heard one employee tell the lady who was vacuming to assist the customers who were waiting for menus. Eventually, the employee who was vacuuming approached us, but only to inform us that no one would be serving us in the area where we were seated. After waiting for almost half an hour without any proper assistance, we decided to leave. It was disappointing, especially since we were there with our newborn and simply hoped for basic customer service and accommodation.
