  My son placed an order on the kiosk at the cobleskill,ny store. When he checked it he was missing a cheesy double beef burrito. He let the muscular guy working know. The guy tried to tell him he needed to count the fries. My son explained he did and that he was missing a burrito. The guy that said that they were busy and they would.make it if we get to it. My son asked his dad to come in. My husband checked in made sure it was coming after they finished a big order. The guy had a different attitude dealing with my husband. My son waited. They finished the big order in drive thru then the guy told the other 2 employees "let's take a break" they walked off laughing. My son came out to the car and said he would just forget the burrito. We have had attitude from this guy before but this was uncalled for. I cant believe that any business would condone this type of behavior. My son should be refunded for the burrito he never got because an employee thought it was funny to leave him at the counter waiting for no reason. Do better as a customer service business.

  Absolutely the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I mean does it really take 30 mins to put three tacos together?

  Paid 20$ for 4 "beef nachos" that's supposed to come with extra beef and this is what i get.. paid 20 bucks for some chips
