  If I could give a zero I would just pulled up to the drive thru sat for 5 minutes just to be told they are closed that store is a joke

  Placed a order at kiosks since no one would take it waited 10min then ask did u order if gave me a order number but lady said didn't go thru. They suck food quality is a hit and miss 95% of the time never again

  I dropped a journal on the floor while I was there and didn't realize it. The manager of the store, found it and took his time to locate my Facebook page and message me, to lmk he had it and it was safe. Thank goodness I wrote my name in the journal! This was extremely important and I couldn't have been more grateful to him for finding me. This was above and beyond his job description and leaving a positive review, to let everyone know how thoughtful and kind this person is, is the very least I can do to thank him! So thank you sir, and thank you to your entire staff for being so vigilant and taking your time time to find my Facebook messenger account to reach me to lmk you had found my journal! I will be forever grateful to you!

  Went to get two grinch meals, get home and one of them doesn’t have the socks in it so basically extra money was paid for a regular meal with a special box That was the final straw. I am done with this place altogether because they can’t seem to get the order right and it cost more money for me to go back to get what you’re supposed to get the first time This happens way too much at this McDonald’s. If you’re looking for fast food in Cobleskill go to Burger King Arby’s, KFC Taco Bell or Subway cause so far these places get the orders right McDonald’s you’re just gonna get stressed out not get what you ordered spend more money trying to go back and get it. We’re not getting it at all so just don’t give yourself the headache at this location.
