Right out of the gate the lady at the window was not very friendly and had a bad attitude and tone. We were handed our order and I was saying something to my mom when the lady at the window said “have a good day”. My mom did not hear her because I was speaking to her. The lady then proceeded to give the snide remark of “or not” because my mom didn’t hear her and say “thanks you too”. I understand you’re busy but maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service atmosphere if you can’t check your attitude during rush hour.
