  Got our order wrong and overcharged us then claimed they couldn't credit us because there was no manager present. Either someone wasn't telling the truth or the way this store is run needs to change.

  Staff is extremely rude. My mom and I were picking up an order from the drive through. Right out of the gate the lady at the window was not very friendly and had a bad attitude and tone. We were handed our order and I was saying something to my mom when the lady at the window said “have a good day”. My mom did not hear her because I was speaking to her. The lady then proceeded to give the snide remark of “or not” because my mom didn’t hear her and say “thanks you too”. I understand you’re busy but maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service atmosphere if you can’t check your attitude during rush hour.

  Hands down terrible place, cannot ever get a order correct or even remotely correct, line takes forever, this has been a repetitive thing the past week
