Upon opening food found regular cheeseburgers, stale fries and no napkins. Honestly I kinda expected this from a McDonald's. Every Mc Donald's I've been to in Oneida County has had issues. Never and I mean absolutely NEVER do they get your order right and if its right is messy or cold. Napkins are always forgotten. The amount these employees get paid they should be almost perfect, and they are not even close. Collecting money and continuing to hurt customer relations.......sad. If you expect the unexpected then go to McDonald's in Clinton.
