  Terrible service. Pulled up to the drive thru to place an order, they were "cleaning" every single item needed to be used to make any drink order we tried to place. How convenient 2 hours before closing.

  I walked up to try to order from the interior counter, to be met by a woman who was loudly exclaiming “I’m done with all of you!” as she vociferously exalted her complaints about working at this location. I really don’t like how this location just disregards any semblance of professionalism and instead is managed so badly that the only reasonable conclusion is they all hate their customers & co-workers.

  Visited this Dunkin today around 1:50PM. Ordered 2 large coffees. When the employee came to the counter I noticed one of the coffees needed to be topped off with coffee. I asked her politely if she could top it off for me. She rolled her eyes and opened both large iced coffees and poured a little from one into another - instead of just topping off the one that was missing an inch or so of coffee from the lid. My husband and I were mortified of the disrespect and laziness of the employee. We were not rude - I asked nicely and she proceeded to dump 1 coffee into another until both were equal amounts. Mortified, I asked for my receipt to take the survey but they refused to give me a receipt. I asked my husband to go inside and get a donut and make sure to get his receipt. I’ll be submitting it first thing in the AM. If you hate your job that much - quit… it’s that simple.

  They generally have everything you want. They just changed there menu its amazing. Definitely did not disappoint with new drinks!!
