  This is the most ridiculously incompetent restaurant. Seems like the people working there are intoxicated and not following standard guidelines for restaurant workers, because they can’t ever get a simple order right. They’ve gotten 9/10 orders wrong for me ! Tonight, my order was missing their limited boba berry soft serve and the French fries. Like how do you forget the fries in a meal ??? I got the hunters meal with the shake fries - they gave me the spice and the bag to shake it in, just no fries. It’s extremely frustrating but Uber Eats will always only connect me to this same McDonalds. Ridiculous and people should be getting fired for this.

  I order the demonx box and they never even gave me the box, collectable, the stuff for the fries and zero sauce for the nugget

  The food was the worst. Everything was cold and chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. Never again.

  This has to be one of the slowest fast food restaurants on earth. They take so long for everything. Who wants to wait 30 minutes for a kids meal??? It’s fast food, not cook to order. This place needs a revamping in management or leadership. They lose out on so many customers because of how long it takes. I constantly watch people drive off the line because of how slow the service is. God forbid you ask about your order, the staff gets flustered and nasty.

  Went here for lunch. We ordered three meals. One of which was chicken tenders with hot honey sauce. They gave me hot mustard which I don't like, didn't order and didn't want. I went back up to the counter and waited for someone to come out. I was clearly waiting to speak with someone. A female worker came out, actively turned away from me and started walking back in. I said, "excuse me." She hesitated, but then did turn back around. I tried to hand her the wrong sauce as I asked for the correct sauce. She said nothing, but clearly annoyed, turned back around, grabbed the correct sauce and threw it into my hand. She took the other sauces, and finally spoke. It wasn't a sorry we messed up your order, it wasn't even a there you go. Very angrily, she said, "Here, just chill out." I'm not sure what I did wrong or how I should have asked for the correct sauce instead. The tenders were also awful. I had to throw a whole one out because I couldn't even bite through it. The chicken was too hard to bite through. They were also dripping with grease. I was too hesitant to go back up and ask for edible food after how I was treated for merely asking for the correct sauce.
