  We placed an order at 10:55 p.m. We waited in the Drive-Thru stuck in line until 12:08am. A male employee got on the speaker a couple times stating that he was the only one working the food and there was only one other person with him to please be patient that he'd get to us as soon as possible. When we got to the window, there was three employees leaning on a counter talking and laughing. The guy was in the back with another employee or someone. So they had plenty of employees working. We knocked on the window and said, Hey, we've been waiting here for over an hour and 10 minutes. The two ladies near the window had attitudes and were laughing about it. They said they didn't see an order for us even though I showed the app order for their store. One of the ladies then went back to the guy in the back complaining and they made one item out of seven things we ordered and gave it to us. Of course with attitude. I tried several times to cancel my order prior to that and after that and it would not let me. I put in a complaint to Taco Bell, so let's see what happens. I expect a full refund ASAP! I will be calling the store to speak to a manager tomorrow. It was absolutely ridiculous dealing with them. Oh and while we are waiting in the Drive-Thru line, at least 20 cars came and went so they lost a ton of business.

  Disgusting they never clean the bathroom I had to use the bathroom 2 days in a row and the same tissues are on the floor. Dirty toilet and mirrors disgusting

  They missed two tacos on my order. Please check your bag before you leave. Tried to get refund but no answers for the phone call. So yay they got $5 from my pocket for free

  Always….. not even exaggerating, there is missing more than 1 item. They probably owe us over 100-150 dollars over the last year. Every time we reach out, they never reach back out. Instead they give us 3 dollars towards the $16 dollars worth of missing items. Again, EVERY TIME! Still waiting on a reply back, maybe 5th times the charm! Where are you Taco Bell! I have the receipts!

  Put a mobile order in and was told there'll be over an hour wait and we'd be better off canceling our order. I don't blame the staff for this. This is obviously a management issue. Couldn't even cancel the mobile order due to the restaurant already accepting it. And the customer service hours only available 8:00 to 4:00 :00 Monday to Friday. So now I got to wait till Monday to have to call inorder to get a refund. It's literally a dice drill every time I come here whether or not the line will be backed up to the point you won't get your food before it's closed or your order will just be so incredibly wrong. There was no point even going. This is the absolute last time I'm going to the Clifton park location. If I want taco bell I'll just drive to one further away if at all. Which sucks because I really like the food when it's even possible to get it.
