  What is happening to this location? Lobby was closed for some reason so I was forced to order in the drive-thru. Ordered my food at the drive-thru and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food with 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window I could see the staff inside standing around and yelling at each other. I honestly was surprised my food even came out after what I witnessed. I used to love this location, but I think this is my last trip there until I hear things are changed for the better. Yikes.

  i don’t understand what they’re doing inside because EVERY order takes over an hour to even be available for pick up. i ordered ONE pack of cinnabon bites and i’ve been waiting for over an hour and a half for them. happens every single time no matter what. also, seems like the owner continues to comment back on these 1 star reviews yet nothing changes after MONTHS. they are aware.

  Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for food! No apology from the staff, couldn’t pull out of line either. When we got to the window there were two workers standing there for the 20 minutes we were at the window (the additional time we waited was in line) there doing nothing (see pic). A gentleman came up to the window asking us what was going on he then saw the girl in the window knocked and asked what was going on all she said is they were understaffed again no apology.if they’re so understaffed why are these two staff members standing here and not helping? The gentleman then asked if we were leaving I said no I already paid. After waiting they came out and said they had no cinnamon twists left and offered us Cinnabons. I said yes. The lady behind us started screaming and yelling obscenities out her window because of the wait and blowing on her horn, we had 3 small children in the car witnessing this. They still did nothing. When they handed us our bag the Cinnabons were missing they argued they weren’t and took the bag back and said they were in there my husband said he saw them put it in. Again, no apology for the wait even though I responded to Their request for my bag back saying this is ridiculous guys we’ve been waiting an hour and 10 mins and you want to argue about Cinnabons as though I want to wait longer. Food is subpar and not even worth the wait and it was $45 for two meals, 4 soft tacos and 2 cinnamon twists. That price is insane! Who do you people have running this place? How is this acceptable?

  I placed an online order Saturday night. I communicated the name of the order. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes just to be told they only start the mobile orders when you tell them at the drive through speaker. Never ended up getting my food. It seemed there was a crew of about 4-5 people. One employee was just talking to all the customers/dashers inside waiting the entire time. Another employee was cleaning. I only saw 1 employee on table making the food. I’m confused as to why they close down there second table where they prepare the food. The other employees should be helping on table rather than standing around/cleaning up. I work for a fast food restaurant, someone needs to manage the crew for better success. Throughout the hour and 45 minutes I didn’t see a single car get through the drive thru

  This is the most incompetent fast food establishment that I have ever been to. Over the past 3-6 months, I haven’t had an experience that was anything like fast food; hell, it’s slower than an actual restaurant. The service is absolutely negligent of the customers queries, orders, and presence in the lobby and in the drive thru; complaints about customers to each other are audible from the kitchen and it’s ridiculous. I come in for FAST-FOOD, and come out an hour to an hour-half later with subpar quality, missing items entirely, and workers complaining constantly about customers. This establishment needs improved management that can sufficiently handle the needs of a suburban neighborhood that is ever so slightly growing.
