  This is the worst TB in the area. If its not lines backed out, its the constant "our system is down". This is now to the point I dont go to this one

  if you want your order to made wrong and then they sit there and laugh they made it wrong then this is the place to go and then act like it’s not there fault no wonder they work fast food

  Always an issue with staffing here. The Latham location as well. I am so frustrated at the amount of times I’ve waited for extended periods of time to be told you are out of almost everything, tonight however was exceptional! I used to be an assistant manager for TacoBell under the YUM brand. I would never dream of apology to people for “it being just me and the manager and it’s been a horrible night” “please take it easy on us” is what the two vehicles ahead of me were told. Then they closed and told me their computer err went down and they were contacting IT. When I tried to call because I doubt this. There was no answer, but also no busy signal. I’ve tried to call locations before to settle issues and encountered a busy signal. Why not tonight? And why did we close after leaving me trapped I. Your drive thru for over 20 minutes and literally leaving me no other option to go anywhere including home, to eat. Thanks your manager couldn’t even be a good enough manager to be accountable. This company is clearly gone to shit.

  Terrible service! We sat at the drive thru for a long time. Finally someone asked if we ordered through the app. When we said no, it went silent. Finally drive around to the window where the person told us, "sorry we can't take orders because no one here knows how!" Apparently no one was even wearing the ear pieces to hear people at the drive thru... so had we not driven up to the next window we would've been waiting a lot longer without ever receiving food.

  This location should be shut down. The staff is beyond rude and classless. Drive to Malta if you're looking for Taco Bell. The drive thru was broken and instead of putting a sign up they had people screaming at each other and burning out to back up. Had to go inside to order and waited over 40 mins for food, they didn't know how to cancel the order so we couldn't leave. And they didn't take cash. There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience for a simple lunch. Customers were screaming at each other while waiting for food. We ended up being able to cancel our order after 45 mins and drove to Malta where we had no issues.
