First of all I would like to say that Hailey and the girl that just had a baby not too long ago they're absolutely amazing. I'm literally in there four to six times a week. I have a condition with my stomach that there's only certain foods that I can eat and Subway is one of them. I come in there and I have a very simple sandwich the only thing I ask is my dressing is on the side. And the two above mention employees are amazing about it. Well I know that you are training new staff and I get that at 100% understand. Mistakes can be made and that's no big deal it's a learning lesson. It's a way to train how to become proficient and better at your job. My boyfriend went in there
tonight June 15th and ordered my sub as usual. When he got home he realized it wasn't made correctly. I get a very extremely simple sandwich. The only thing I ask is that the dressing be put on the side. The sandwich I got had the dressing on it. Very little dressing on it. And while that may seem like it's nothing big when you have dietary and food restrictions due to a medical condition it's safer to stick with what you know. Not to mention due to my stomach condition it takes me a long time to eat an entire footlong. When you put the dressing on the footlong and refrigerate it it becomes soggy. When I realized my sub was wrong I called down there to see if it would be okay for me to bring my sub down to have it remade. I actually called to check to make sure it would be okay because I didn't want to bring it back and cause any issues or be treated poorly. The female employee working and I don't know what her name is hung up on me. My boyfriend then took it down and just asked if they can remake it. He was in interrogated what's wrong with the sub. He told them this dressing was on the sub and not on the side. Her response was well what's the difference? It doesn't matter "What's the difference?" what matters is the sub was not made the way I wanted it and I'm a customer. I and my boyfriend spend a lot of money there weekly. Now since you've gotten rid of the manager that we were afraid to go in there and even deal with the atmosphere has gotten better. Hailey and the woman who had the baby not too long ago are amazing! Their customer service skills are are top notch. I work customer service I understand that some days are tougher than others but when it comes down to it it's what the customer wants is what the customer gets. Normally I get three cups of the sweet onion teriyaki on the side and because she was mad she had to remake it she only gave him one whatever no big deal. It's just not good customer service. He should not have had to been interrogated about what was wrong with the sub simply remake the sub. I don't normally complain but that store has come a long way I am just hoping that it doesn't backslide now. I never complain I never want to be the reason why somebody gets into trouble. I never like to make people feel bad. But there are times in life you need to speak up and bring attention to certain things. I know I'm only one person but I will tell you when I pull in that parking lot and that employee is there I will not go in and get my food made. She had no right to treat my boyfriend the way that she did. I still give service an atmosphere four stars. Normally it would be five but I'm very disappointed about the treatment this evening.

The last 2 times I’ve been to this location the girls have been very rude and made us feel rushed. If it was busy I’d understand but we where the only 2 ordering.
