Such a shame to see a store that was running so well and had a bright future ahead dive right into the ground. Maybe get those employees back so they can fix this mess smh

About 75% of the time the drive through is backed up so far that I just turn off my blinker and change my mind and go up the road to Wendy's. I know it's hard to anticipate a big lunch rush and to staff accordingly, but it's almost every day. I see other people just skip the drive through as well and drive around the building at lunch time and leave again. It's just a lot of business y'all are missing out on I think. I don't know if this is a fair ask, but could you maybe staff up a bit more to cover the lunch rush and keep things moving?

What really disgusted me was seeing a server put her hand in her mouth and then immediately start packing my fries without washing or sanitizing her hands. That is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern.
