They are very unprofessional, I was told “I can’t deliver your food because there’s a lot of businesses nearby and my driver isn’t going to go inside and deliver your food without you answering your phone” I am currently working and unable to answer when I’m with customers. I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half for my food for myself and coworkers. As an adult this situation could have been handled in a better way. The marked my order as delivered on DoorDash when my food wasn’t even here. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, there’s no reason for all the excuses and confusion. Terrible customer service.

After placing my order 40 minutes later, it was canceled with no reason given other than a call a number to find out more information. When I called the number provided it would not connect me to a service representative or anyone working there and told me that the mailbox was full. Obviously service across the board has gone down since Covid but this place is absolute disgrace.

It took an hour and a half to get our cold pizza that was on its side when they opened the trunk. The tracker said the pizza was done and in quality check at 6:02pm. We didn't receive it until 7:05pm Stay away. You can't even call the store to complain because they will not answer, and conveniently their voicemail is not set up.
